The case is likely to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which could delay that outcome. There are 100,000 us born children of TPS so where would they go. The fight will continue...

Given that SCOTUS has already sided with Trump on other contentious immigration issues, termination of TPS is expected to pass the right leaning SC with much ease. Don’t hold your hope very high on miracle from SC.
