Are there any chartered flights to Nepal?

A friend of mine has an emergency and need to go to Nepal as soon as possible. Are there any chartered flights in near future? Commercial flights are closed until July 5th. I have heard that some chartered flights came to USA from Nepal. Any info is appreciated. Thank you,

I would check out: their website or facebook page for: Embassy of Nepal, USA and fill out a form.
