I suggest you wait till H1. Safer bet. F2s are hit or miss

Give it a shot, who cares. H1b is a lottery, I have applied and not gotten that 2 times. If it gets rejected, all you lose is a little money. Also, if you are enrolled in a higher level education, more chances.

Much easier to bring her on H4 but you need to be on H1... on OPT it’s more like a lottery . H4 is almost guarantee.

highly not recommended while in opt . if u dnt find luck in h1, its better to retain f1 status bring her in ur graduation and change status here itself to f2

I was exactly at your situation. I went to Nepal got married and same year when i was selected for H1B, got her here in H4. Good Luck !
