I am in F1 status but trying to transfer to the new college. Please let me know if there is any college for Graduate Online and In-Class Flexible classes.

Thank you for the college advise. I was informed from the Westcliff International student advisor that there is a state eligible requirement for the distance learning class and my state is not eligible. Please let me know if there is any possible way to get in there or any other universities.
