Suggestion on Health Insurance for Spouse and Child

Original Post

My spouse and child are approved for Green Card via consular processing. I haven't got their GC yet. I have applied for their SSN, Haven't got their SSN yet. They are travelling to USA for the first time. Wondering, how can I get them covered for their health insurance while right now I am not employed. I am thinking of applying medical for them(including them in my medical application). Not sure if that works as they do not have their SSN number yet. Any relevant information on this would be highly appreciated.
