Hello all, Does anyone know if we need a new I-20 for F-1 OPT Extension (not initial opt ) ? Thanks lots !

Yes you would need one. Some universities are easy to approve those I20. But some these are require very detailed information which is a good thing as it will have very good chances of approval.
