Those who recently applied AP, can you please suggest what DOCUMENTS are required to file an AP for TPS beneficiaires? And what VALIDITY DATE did you receive on your AP? As far as I remember and from the Instructions on I131 pdf, I know that I need to send: - I131 filled and signed - 2 identical pp pictures - A copy of identification - EAD copy - Fee of $575 - Copy of TPS approval I797(Action of Notice) Am I missing anything?
