Hi friends, Has anyone recently flown out of New Delhi for the states?. I have heard mixed opinions from people. Is a No objection certificate required for Nepalese Permanent resident or green card holders of the United states to fly out of New Delhi? Please share your experience or experience of someone you know. I would be very very grateful. Have a wonderful day!

On the same boat, any recent experience would be helpful. Tried calling Nepali embassy in New Delhi, but they aren't responding back.

I flew from New Delhi on October end, no issue at all. I do not know if anything changed since then but only passport and visa/green card was required. Last edited: 12-Feb-19 11:39 PM
