Don't worry, it won't effect their visa granting decision. They need to show your graduation invitation letter issued by your university with their name on it and all usual documents like passport etc. All they have to do is make the interviewer believe that their intention is just to attend your graduation, see the country and return to Nepal. Yes, they should not lie. They don’t need any letter from the university as it won’t be allowed by the embassy. They wud just apply and appear for the interview and cross their fingers. Gud luck.
