I tried to buy package but it does not have this kind of options to choose in orbits or expeida.

Dec 22 - Dec 24 => DC to Las Vegas (Flight, Hotel, Car)
Dec 25 - 27 => Las Vegas to Los Angles (Car and Hotel)
Dec 28 - 30 => Las Angles to San Francisco (Car and Hotel)
Dec 31 => San Francisco to DC (Flight)

Not sure whether this helps, but I would start with car rental and hotel reservation first (can be cancelled without penalty), then a multi-city flight reservation. At the end of flight reservation they offer bundling options. Only if bundling seems to be a better deal, I would bundle them with flight.
