OK for those of you drivers, please tell me what is your experience with: 1. roads, traffic signs, police officers, i. e. traffic law, 2. other drivers: safety, knowledge of traffic signs, driving cars etc. ARE NEPALESE DRIVERS GOOD OR BAD? WHY? WHAT'S THE INFRASTRUCTURE GOOD OR BAD? WHY? Start!

Yes, it will be affected. 1 day of shutdown can affect weeks of processing. It has happened before. However USCIS won't be affected much.
