How Sumargi Earned so much money?

I have my parents currently in US in tourist visa which is expiring in Feb 2018 (5 yrs visa). Do they need come back to Nepal and renew visa or Can they apply from US for visa renewal and collect the passport from Nepal Embassy in US?
