Did you receive their reply? They send Notice I-797 once you have submitted the application within a week. Probably 4 months to get another reply from National Visa Center , now that's a whole another process . It took my parents almost a year to get here.

It depends who did you apply for. If it's for spouse, you should have received the decision in few months, if it's for siblings, it would still take another few years.
