I am currently in OPT EAD which expires on July 10 2016. I had applied to TPS and advance parole but NOT EAD based on TPS. My TPS is still pending ( I filed in July 11 2015). I submitted RFE on June 21 2016. However I received my AP and I travelled and return on AP. Since my OPT is going to expire next month and I am trying to file EAD based on TPS. On the form, it says "Current Status" and "Last entry status". I was wondering what would be my current status. It is still F1 OPT. Please help!
