If IJ is about to rule of your case and DA finds out you haven't provided Biometrics, It will only delay your case, they might give you next hearing date.

you can just go to the biometrics office with your mail sent by the uscis where it has your court date. They wont take your biometrics if the date is after 60 days or else just go to the near biometrics office and tell them to take your biometrics by showing your court date letter. That is all you need. I did same for mine.

Please hire a lawyer with good ratings especially with immigration. Little expensive but worth it. You, who has a lawyer need not come to sajha for a simple task. Your lawyer need to know better.
If the ASC will not take your biometrics, schedule an infopass appointment to your nearest field office and request them to issue you a fingerprint appointment with asc.
