Does anybody knows if nep passport holders as well as us GC holders require Visa to travel UK..???

Gc holders need to apply for visa.

Yes, you will need a visa. Basically mail all your documents to the UK embassy, including the original GC and a prepaid shipping label. They will make a decision and send you the documents back with your GC.
