i think you would probably need an honest and reliable source on the Nepal end first. Then you could use one of the crowd funding sites like gofundme.com,etc. I dont have enough knowledge on this yet but a very noble idea on your side. If every Nepali living abroad can donate a couple of hundred dollars (*which I'm pretty sure we can:every month if possible), we can make a noticeable difference. i'll try to dig into this a little more and post updates.
