What is the responsiblilty and authority of these designated perons? And further how can anyone figure out who these guys are and how can one be sure that these people are authentic and that one's passport will not be in jeopardy after dealing with these people? Are these people designated by nepali govt or NRNA designated these people based on some criteria? Without proper authentication I am leery about trusting any of these guys.
