LP bro, yeah kaam payeko ho brother. Workout khasai bhayeko chaina bro.. Running ani halka pushup haru chai gardai chu tara yo kaam ko tenson le tesma dhyam dina payeko chaina. Aba kunai thau ma gaera settle bhayepachi garchu bhanne socheko chu. Hamro sajha, OK, I will PM you my number but I am also new to the area. Don't know where Carmichael is but google garda 13 miles dekhaucha. I will PM, call me and we can go further hai. Thanks.
