H1B Sponsorship Ideas

Now that H1-B processing is coming near, I am trying to solicit ideas on processing H1-b from sajha community. My story : Currently on OPT. Working full time. However, the company I work for won't process H1-B. I was thinking to find some consultancy preferably a Nepalese consultancy and run my payroll through them and have them sponsor my H1-B. Any other Ideas will be greatly Appreciated. Thank you.
