Why don't you look up Nepalese Association in Milwaukee? You could perhaps try contacting Nepali Restaurant as well.

Did you find room/roomate? I hope you did, otherwise you could try the facebook link nepalikta provided. I live in Waukesha, 25-30 mins from UWM, and do not know any Nepalis here yet.
