I filed in October but yet to hear back so trying to prepare for the worst case scenario. I was wondering if USCIS's 180 day auto-extension is counted from the auto extension expiry date of June 30, 2024 or the original EAD expiry date printed on the physical EAD card(mine was October 4, 2021). I reached out to Adhikar team about this but haven't got any response yet! I also went to E-Verify and added the 540 days auto extension date which is June 24, 2025 and i got the green check mark stating my verification is complete and I'm eligible to work.

I don't think e-Verify checks for expiration date. It only shows if you are eligible to work at the moment.
