This probably means TPS for Nepal as well as other countries will be extended at least one more time since these types of negotiations take time.

Remember, Haiti is part of this lawsuit as well, but Biden Admin extends and redesignated it without consulting the court.

Now Biden Admin is asking the court to be the referee to find out the common ground on how to help these other TPS countries.

It seems skin color matters to Democrats.
