This is a leased convenience store with liquor/cigarette/and kitchen licensed. We (Nepalese) have been running this store for almost 4 years, but since we are relocating to Dallas TX and are going to be close to our family, we want to sell the store with what we put in and move on. Please be advised that getting a store with liquor/Bar/Cigarette in St. Mary's County, Maryland is not easy to come by. If you have a family who can run the business you will definitely make it. It is a country store and the neighbors are very supportive and friendly right on the main street. Please contact: only serious people @ dipsaj@gmail.com
