I know many of you don't even like mysansar but a lot are still a frequent visitor like myself. I have had agreement and disagreement with their articles in the past but this piece takes all the cake.
I am totally apalled that the writer actually doesn't find it to be a legitimate rape case, your thoughts?:

can't expect much from a pro maoist website. To me they are on the same level as Fox broadcasting  in the US and they insult my intelligence.  I am not going to visit their website and increase their traffic; can you please post the article here?

 I have been upset with that website myself. The link you posted, it is stupid. but it is his opinion. But the sad thing about this site is if you post what you think they will not publish until and unless they believe the same. For instance there was a thread for the changing the national flag, I am not pro maoist or something but I posted my comment why it should be okay to change the flag, but they never published the comment, and it has happened to me couple of times.  I don't like that website.

Well the article is in Nepali and am not sure if they use the same font. So let me summarize the article.
A foreign lady is a guest in a hotel in Thamel. The night of her stay, she has drinks with the defendant, the hotel manager (or whatever his title is). He proposes sleeping together and she agrees. But when she finds out he has no protection (rubber), she withdraws her agreement. But the guy forces himself onto her. The guy even admits about it.
The gist of the article is not that you shouldn't force yourself onto anybody, thus raping somebody, but the writer rather suggests have a condom always otherwise you will be duped and blamed for a rape.
It is clear he doesn't think it is a rape case.

I don't necessarily hate MySansar. I know many do.
They post some good blogs/articles to bring back memories. But some of their articles spit in the name of journalism..I guess that's why they call it a blog not a news site.
I just hated this article, it is despicable and shows the mentality of some people in our country.

 I stopped visiting mysansar website a while ago because when it tried to transmit virus into my computer.
