Hey guys,
I just graduated this December, the thing is I had applied for a job and got one.... but I just came to know that the business that's sponsoring their staff has to meet certain requirements, and has to have been running for certain years.
Here comes my problem and it’s a BIG one, the business I am trying to work for just got established in 2006, is there any way my boss can sponsor me for H1 or for the Green Card?

If any of you guys have gone through this, please help!!!!

As long as the business is registered and running, there wont be any problems. You need to submit financials of the company, bank statements, lease agreements, invoices of recent job orders for the company, list of employees and heir qualificatons, pictures of premises and offices within the company, evaluation of your education degrees and other relevant documents.
A quarterly tax return for 2006 can also be submitted as financial document along with others.
