Deuba is finally completing five years of Prime ministership. The fifth year has been a charm for Deuba as he is completing a full tenure of Prime Ministership of five years. Congratulations sir for never giving up!

You are not making sense. “A full tenure”? A full tenure means completing the whole 5 years without interruption. You can’t add years from different times to make it 5 years and call it full tenure
