मापदण्ड मिचेर बनाइएका उपत्यकाका घरहरु भत्काइने



मापदण्ड मिचेर काठमाडौंमा बनाइएका घर भत्काइने भएका छन् । भूकम्पले क्षति नभए पनि त्यस्ता सबै घर दोस्रो चरणमा भत्काउने तयारी थालिएको काठमाडौंका प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी एकनारायण अर्यालले बताए ।


जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयको नेतृत्वमा पहिलो चरणमा भूकम्पबाट क्षति भएका घर धमाधम भत्काउन थालिएको छ । विदेशबाट साधनसहित जनशक्ति आएपछि ठूला घर भत्काउने कार्यलाई तीव्रता दिइने प्रजिअ अर्यालले बताए ।

प्रशासनमा मापदण्डविपरीत बनाइएका घर भत्काउन माग गर्दै स्थानीयले निवेदन दिएका छन् । प्रअिज अर्यालले मापदण्डविपरीतका घर पहिचान गरी सुरुमा घरमालिकलाई नै भत्काउन लगाउने र नभत्काएमा प्रशासनले नै भत्काउने बताए । उनका अनुसार प्राविधिक टोलीको अध्ययन प्रतिवेदनका आधारमा घरहरु भत्काइनेछन्

They need to expand outward now. Kathmandu is too densly housed. they should also free up more land for wider roads and parks, ponds, so the city is open and beautiful. Meanhile before the government demolishes any house, it needs to make available affordable/cheap housing (with some type of grant of low interest assistance) for people on the outskirts of now densed housing inside Ring Road. Kathmandu needs decentralization, and this is the opportunity to implement that.

Next time there's a tremor we should knock down Us embassy wall and blame it on the quake.
