Ok guys, one of my relative is coming to US on a visitor visa. I want him to file for political asylum after he comes here. He is a businessman in ktm. On what grounds can he file for political asylum and what supporting documents should he have for that?

People, please share your thoughts for the different ways of getting political asylum for a person on a visitor visa.

सोझै ढाँटेर/छलेर लिने त हुन नि asylum. जिल्लामा माओवादीको एकजाना सानातिना नेता  छोराको graduationमा US आएर आँफै माओवादी पीडित भनेर asylum पाएर अहिले DCमा छन रे। जस्ले जे भनेर asylum हाले पनि हुन्छ, केही चिन्ता छैन।
