Smoke some weed, that will definately make your brain clear. its not easy to sneak into US under tourist visa and find a job.  i know weed is available in europe, its expensive here in the US.

Hey Panasonic, please don't be so rude. The guy just wants some advise, what have you got to lose???HEMANT 12 NP, many people who are in B1/B2 tourist visa are working here in the US. I do not think they had that big of a hard time finding a job especially in big citis like New York, San Francisco, or LA. Small businesses like gas stations, restaurants, laundries, motels may or may not sponsor you. It all depends on the owner of the business. And even if they agree to sponsor you, it will take around 4-5 years for you to get the legal papers in hand and until then you should be in status.Another option is you can join a college here and remain in F-1 student visa. That way you will be in status as long as you go to college.Tourist visa may be extended up to a maximun of one year (it is not guaranted though; it all depends on the immigration department). Most people have had tourist visa extention for a year unless extreme situation like medical conditions etc. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
