if ur living from 20 yrs, i guess u can live in US forever now. So why dont' u opt for seling that land?? I advise u to give them 50,000 anyhow and then sell it later at some additional profit. Invest them somewhere in US and u can at least get some money out of that. Nowadays lands in Nepal are much risky like before what it used to be like having an elephant.
