Hi, This is a H1B question to the experts. USCIS process centers date shows that currently they are processing the application of February 2006 (For H1B Status cahnge in US and for others too). On the otherhand the Temporary Workers bulletin from USCIS says On 5/23/2006, the count say 7396 benificiaries who applied after April 2006 have been approved. Are these approved applications of Premium processings? Just eagered to know..............anybody has idea? :D

Since H1B quota for FY 2006 was all used up in September 2005 (US MS/PhD degrees in January 2006), I guess the processing date is not valid for those categories. I think the dates shown in the H1B processing dates are only for those with Cap exempt H1B applications. I guess officers involved in H1B cases were waiting for new cases after April 1, 2006, they should have approved the regular (premium) cases within a few weeks of filing started. I would believe the dates on the temporary ...... (whatever you said) regarding the processing dates.
