 about I phone from Rogers Network

Dear all,
I have a I phone which initially had the Rogers network's sim based in Canada but now I am in New York and right now my phone is locked and could not be activated as it got locked after I tried to update the software unknowingly.
While googling, for alternatives I found out this site and it says it would provide me unlock code after I pay certain amount and just curious if this web page is genuine. If so I would like to purchase the code and try to unlock the phone myself.
Or else if anyone have better suggestions, I would welcome and would highly appreciate it.

Its funny how people always update their IOS without reading the messages or warning and later complain it happened not knowingly.

Google ma lekheko matra padera bhayena ni padante..You need to provide us with IOS and modem firmware version information first.
That website is FAKE..
