hello all, मेरो h1b गएको december देखि स्टार्ट भएर यो sepetember,2012 मा सकिन्छा.h1b को validation period जम्मा 10 months को छ. अब मलाई नेपाल जानु पर्ने छ May मा र मेरो concern चै के भने यदि म May मा गए भने जम्मा ४ महिना बाकी रहन्छ h1b expire हुन ..तेस्ले विसा stamping मा केहि प्रोब्लेम होला? मैले undergrad नेपाल बाट IT मा गरेको तर यहाँ चै MBA सकेको. अब मेरो अर्को प्रश्न चै के भने, मा अहिले IT मा काम गर्छु जब कि मेरो यहाँ को डिग्री MBA मा छ..तेस्ले कस्तो effect गर्ला स्ताम्पिंग मा? मेरो कम्पनी एउटा consultancy भए पनि राम्रो कम्पनी हो. मलाई क कति गारो या सजिलो पर्ला यदि मा यो May मा नेपाल गए भने विसा स्ताम्पिंग को लागि? कृपया, सहयोग गर्नु होस्. धन्यवाद.

Your education should not matter. I had the same eduacational background as yours.
But I am not sure about the h1 duration questions.
