Hi friends, Do we need to file LCA for H1B transfer? If yes, how long does it take to get LCA approval notice? Thank you Sumi

bro h1 chai bhai sake ko raicha....h1 file garda i-539 pani file garnu parcha ki pardaina....any idea ??

u need a approved LCA to file for an H1B. A LCA usually takes less than a business week to get approved. u don;t need to file for i-539 when u file for h1b. When u file for h1b u file i129 once it gets approved that means your immigration status in under that h1b filed which u got by filing I129. Just my advie, I am not an attorney.
