I've a house in Kathmandu and that's the only property in Nepal and my parents live there. I am really worried about the consequences of Earthquake in Kathmandu. After seeing Japan's Disaster i am much worried. 
Are you guys worried too ?

Idiots cannot foresee and visionary people can totally foresee what's coming.  The price of real estate will be trading like "horse shiiiiit" in few years.  Best bet is to get out and save your family's lives.

In regards to earthquake in Ktm, I wonder if there is much one can do.  Nepal is such a basketcase that it will be very difficult for people should a major earthquake occur.  Just tell your parents to prepare for disaster by having all the essentials in hand to last them up to a month.  As a family, you should also plan on what to do, how to communicate, where to meet, should the unthinkable happen.  Other than that, I don't know.

Well, the big billobard show we are totally prepared.
But as my concern is I will create a big havoc and people will run to take advantage of victims ( it is the best time to benefit) , instead of helping they willl be looted.
