| Car charred due to fire after explosion in Basundhara |

A car numbered Ba 4 Cha 5538 has been totally destroyed when a fire engulfed it in Basundhara around 8:00 am. The car caught fire after a loud explosion.
The reason of the explosion is not clear. Locals claimed it was a bomb explosion, while the police have not confirmed it. Window panes of the nearby buildings including that of Ishan Bal Nursing home have cracked and been smashed. Some persons have also been injured. The number of the injured is not known. कारमा बिस्फोट, दुई घाइतेमंगलवार, 08 जून 2010 07:45 नागरिक
राजधानीको बसुन्धरा स्थित इशान बाल हस्पिटल परिसरमा पार्किङ गरी राखेको कारमा बिस्फोट हुँदा २ जना घाइते भएका छन्। घाइतेहरुको पहिचान हुन नसकेको नागरिकन्युजकर्मी केपी ढुंगानाले जनाएका छन्। बा ४ च ५५३८ नम्बरको कारमा ठूलो आवाजका साथ एक्कासी आगो लागेको बताइएको छ। स्थानीय वासिन्दाले कारमा बम बिस्फोट भएको दावी गरेता पनि बिस्फोटको कारण खुल्न नसकेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ। दमकमको मद्धतले कारमा लागेको आगो निभइए पनि कार पूर्णरुपले क्षतिग्रस्त भएको छ।
