thaha chha dherai agadi ko kura sochera kehi faida chhaina taipani kina sochi matra rahana man lagchha ??paltinchhu tara nidra lagdaina padne ta kurai bhaena , how to get rid of such situation and concentrate on study any idea plz share...

what i can say about you is that try yourself to make busy as much as possible..its because when u made yourself busy the mind wouldnt get chance to think about future or others..i can recommend you  sports..it gives you both fresh mind and nice sleep.
