undergrad/grad/phd. which field of science? best????????? if u are going to apply for the best ur question should also be best.

Best in what terms? Financial aid? Progam rated? Student to teacher ratio? Availability of the TA?

major in computer science

best as in scholarship and chances of gettin the visa
