Guys,
Where ever I become angry or frustrated I bang my head several times until I become cool. Will it cause any internal head injuries? How can I get rid of this bad habit?

LOL u are funny dude... atleast u are not taking your frustration out on others... so that is good. BUT, banging your head is not a gr8 idea... im not a doctor, but i can tell u, if u do that many times and hard, ofcourse it might cause some minor damage.. maybe u should get punching bag and boxing gloves and go hit the bag instead.

It is really a good Idea...
You can get some Dumbells and lift it up parallelly so that to hit it hard several times ...You can make a good physique though....
