Hello frens, I have my bachelor degree from Nepal. Now, I am in student visa and hopefully graduating in Summer. However, if my company wants to file H1B from my undergrad, what are the procedures? Do i need to evaluate my certificate to US? Pls help me.. Thank you.

if you have four years degree, you dont need to evaluate your degree. only thing you need to worry about is whether you will get the lottery this year or not, if they get more than 65000 applicants again this year and decide to do the lottery process. make sure your application reaches USCIS office on april 1st. good luck
