My online status of my application shows "Card production Ordered" and "allow us 30 days to mail your card". Does it mean real 30 days? Any experience/ idea on it would he highly appreciate.

No. Most of the time, you should get it within few days of the message change. Most likely, you will get it before Saturday. You can expect it anytime starting this Monday. 30 days is the standard maximum they always mention. If you don't get it within 30 days for some reason (error or mistake), just walk to the local INS office, they will issue one for you i think.
