How do I download the music videos into my Ipod? Do I need to convert my music videos from my computer first..ki k ho?

Yes you need to convert your .avi or .mpeg files to the ipod format. You can use either Apple QuickTime Pro or some other freeware. I prefer SUPER © which you can download for free from http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

I did not get it. My movie clips and music videos are in mp4 format (converted form Quicktime pro) and they show up in Itune's movie and music video folder but they don't play in my Ipod (Only audio plays). I think I have tried my best but no luck. What should I do?

Not all MPEG-4 files are compatible with iPod. iPod only accepts MPEG-4 video with certain constrains on the video resolution, frame rate and bitrate. First check whether these MP4 files you have created are iPod -compliant or not. After adding it to iTune, check if iTune can sync the video to the iPod. If the MP4 file is not iPod-compliant, you will get an error message.

When you were creating MP4, did you choose "Movie to iPod (320x240)" from the export drop down list in QuickTime or the "Movie to MPEG-4" ? Do you have the latest version of iTune and QuickTime Player ?

Yes, Ramchandra bro, they are ipod 320x240 and have itune/quicktime 7.1.1.5 (I think it is a latest ver). They sync with ipod but only sound plays on ipod, no video at all.
