I am just wondering what are the plans of everyone this summer. Seems like its very hard to get any internship. I am junior in college now, and I am just scared that it might be tough to get a job after I graduate without any real work experience. I dont want this summer to be yet another $6-bucks-an-hour, work your-ass-off one. I want to do something better, more useful that just work in a gas station or deliver pizza. But nothing seems to be working right. I want to know what's the plan of other people in similar situation is. Please share if you have any better ideas/suggestions.

hey guys,

I am also the same like you guys. What to do???? no idea !!!!

I am thinking about going to Nepal in this summer. I can save money of paying expensive rent. At the same time, I can see my parents and my girl friend in Nepal. It will be much fun. How about you guys ????

Take care...

you guys shouldnt be depressed. You should be happy that you're not graduating this year, the job market is so bad i dont see myself getting any work, let alone a decent well paying job...and i know a lot of the graduating seniors are facing the same situation. Hopefully things are going to be better by the time you graduate. So dont worry too much about the summer. If you do decide to go to Nepal, which is an excellent choice, have fun but also spend ur time working somewhere or acquiring some skills that might help in your job search once you graduate. And the key to getting a job is being prepared and starting early. Dont wait till the last moment like i did. ciao!
