Sajahiti Frens,

My sister just finished her Associates...Does anybody know if she can apply for H-1...

Guys, i know her chances of getting approved would be real high if she would have completed her Master's. But, is there any way out?

I even know one company(Its my fren's company) who is ready to sponsor her...Do you all know any lawyers or anybody who can help my fren out!!

She lives in Houston, Texas.

Thanks.

can do but need to show that there is no available american labor force for the job. (O:

pretty difficult task. but not impossible.

my 2 cents. it will not work i.e. the case will not be be approved.

best thing would be to work on CPT till she completes her Bachelors. part time .. and play the game (O:

then apply for H1 when she has @ least a bachelors.

nikky you can get OPT with associate degree but in order to apply for h-1 you have to have 3 years of related job experience in addition to the degree.

I remember reading: Requirement of h-1 visa is minimum of 4 years degree or 2 years degree + 3 years experience.
