(a) Set up a dense network of ground stations and make arrangement for real time display (b) Utilize satellite data at the maximum extent and compare with ground truth (c) after some confidence on satellite data(ground data) analysis, set up a numerical model. Its necessary to validate numerical model. (d) .................
