I have been following the Nepali Bands, at least the pictures of Harish Mathema, Mukti and Revival. I have noticed scarcity ofaudiences. Lots of empty seats. The big halls could be a factor.

Could it be the wrong artist performing ?
Could it be the day of week they are performing ?
Could it the quality of their performance ?
Could it be the history of organizers?

I wonder how the organizers pay the artists for their travelling, fooding, lodging, hall, equipment rentals and other associated costs.

Is it worth organizing a Nepali Concert ?

Thesedays Nepali concerts are like Indians, they are everywhere!

The concerts used to have some value because they only happened once in a while. Thesedays the nepali concert goers are getting tired of it hence less turnout.

I have decided not to go to more than 2 concerts a year, and no more comedy shows. Tired of the same rut of comedies that every nepali comedian seems to perform. They would be funny if you were 5 yr old who gets entertained by a monkey acting up.
