This is a non-profit organization very non- or very less budget. Membership is only one way out to generate revenue. For its market promotion i.e. to increase its membership or attract them, the site needed to be re-design and other improvments are in need.
I am requesting you ( professionals or web-designers with adequate knowledge in that area) to provide some information regarding the cost of upgrading and other solid possible recommendations.
1. What would be the cost ?

So, please provide me your professional idea your level best. I will have to recommended how they could success in theri mission on coming Tuesday - the final day of class. 6-8 people from that organization will be listening your Fellow Nepali B.D that day.
