Nepali Times made these two factual statements sometime back:

1. Nepali Government is corrupt to the core.
2. Nepali Government is 90% filled with Bahuns .

So,

If you wanted to reduce corruption, you could -- if that were your sole purpose -- you could abort every Bahun baby in Nepal and your corruption rate would go down.

That would be an impossibly ridiculous and morally reprehensible thing to do, but your corruption rate would go down.
