Does anyone know, if it is time to apply for H-1B visa? I am just confused if we need to apply it before Oct 1st or after Oct 1st.

Look at the following two websites.
- http://www.shusterman.com
- http://www.murthy.com

They have got latest information on H1B visa availability. I think the recently added 20,000 quota of H1B for those who have MS degree from USA is not yet used up. This was said by the government officials in the AILA meeting last month. If you hold a MS degree from US (althouth the job requires only BS), you may still be able to file immediately. Make sure this by visiting Shusterman's website. If you are thinking to hire attorney, he is one of the best attornies in the US.
